1. Anything related to the blog entry itself.
2. Anything related to PSO, similar groups or Mental Health in general.
3. Any thoughts or suggestions about the blog or main website in general including style or problems with the page.
Note: Because of more & more spam being posted, I have enabled the anti-spam code for comments. You will see it at the bottom of the page near the post button. Enter the six digit code that is displayed before you post a comment. This code stops automated spam (advertising) postings.
Any obvious advertising or foul language will be deleted and the IP address banned.
